The East Valley Weight Loss Surgery Patient Support Group is open to all surgical weight loss patients, no matter where or when they had the surgery. Join us for these professionally guided peer-group sessions on a variety of topics and hear from other bariatric patients about their experiences.

All support group sessions are held at Mountain Vista Medical Center, 1301 S. Crismon Road, Mesa, 2nd Floor classrooms (take the elevators closest to the Outpatient Lobby).
